Hello Everyone, Newbie here

Good day everyone. Im new here and will hopefully be around for a while. The whole fitness thing is a bit new to me. Ive tried workouts and diets in the past with very minimal success and I'm really motivated to suceed this time. I am 5,9 and weigh 270 pounds. So yea Im a pretty big guy. Im totally open to new ideas and other things so if you have any suggestions please let me know. I am currently aiming to get myself down to 200lbs. After that I would like to lose more, but that is my aimed goal.

You have to find out how your baseline health is and then come up with a formula..........then its persistancy and consistency!
