Hello everyone. My name is Daniel, but you guys can call me Dan. I've been overweight most of my life hence the reason I'm here. I need support from others like me, other who want to be in shape and feel the same way I do and suffer the same way as I do due to obesity. My journey here will be to encourage those who are trying to improve themselves while I'm doing the same here. Other than that. Thanks for reading. Hello Dude it's time. My starting point will be at 265 pounds. My goal is to lose 60 LBS of weight and keep it off. It wont be easy but this can be accomplished since it's not my first time. I've lost 60 pounds before, but somehow I've gained it back plus more. You can subscribe to my WL journal in the journals area. You should be able to see it in there somewhere. Other than that thanks for the welcome dude it's time. I suppose your here for the same as well?

Oh well I made a terrible discovery just a couple of days ago. I'm actually 273! See. The only reason I said I was 265 is because I didn't get myself a weight measuring device up until a couple of days ago, so I automatically remembered the doctors weighted results from a month ago. So, I might be closer to you than you think.
