let me introduce myself so you get to know me better.

i am a 30 year old male, living in Canada i have always been heavy since birth.

i got a syndrome called Prader Willi, it is a syndrome that predisposes a person to naturally be morbidly obese because of the missign gene chromosome 15 (controls hunger), YES i am always hungry it seems.

i started my journey dec 13th 2004 and since then i have lost 69.8 pounds, i started at 233.2 and now am at 163 pounds.

i was always told that i would stay fat from doctors and parents but with dedication i proved them wrong, i do have a gift to motivate people so if any of you wish to contact me, please do so.
