Hi everyone,
Just joined this site as it seems very informative and useful for fitness advice and so forth.
Just want to introduce myself...
I'm a 40 Year old Male and since my 40th birthday at the end of Jan 2015 I've been using HIIT as a method of fitness. Where previously I had been doing more isolated strength exercises, I am now doing more combination muscle based exercises along with shorter but more intense cardio.
I currently do strength conditioning 3 x a week, play 1.75 hrs of Soccer 1 x a week and Cycle 20 miles 2 x a week too and from work at a fairly rigorous pace. 2 days a week off for recovery.
I am finding the results of this new training method extremely rewarding and cannot recommend it enough. It is very very hard work however, so be warned..![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
I am from Oxford in the United Kingdom and my current Health and Fitness stats are.
Height 5' 8" (1.75m)
BMI 24.1
BFM 10.8 % (7.9 kg's)
