Hello Everyone,
My name is Moe and my weight gain story is truly a sad one. After being diagnosed with schizo-affective disorder I was prescribed psychotic and mood stabilising pills that increase weight. Though I was adamant not to take them, my parents insisted. Now here I am, 3 years later and 60 KGs heavier. I'm 6 foot 6 inches weighing in at 152 kgs. I've been told that I must be at 100, I was 94 before my weight gain. My BMI concludes that I'm obese. I've been trying to decrease my weight since before I moved to England up until now (been here an year now) with very little success. My confidence is low due to my state, so I'm here to find the right type of motivation and help to get me started. I don't exercise much and at this state I'm not gaining any weight, just maintaining. Thanks for taking your time to read this, and I'm looking forward to knowing you.
