That's okay. My name is Brenda. I am new here as well... just a month or so. I have found the forum to be kind of light. But, starting a new thread may grab the right person's attention. There are a few gems on here that will hopefully see your questions.
 
It needs to be remembered that this forum is a community where members will help each other within both their level of knowledge and time limits. Very few members have professional knowledge.

as an example, at the moment while having the knowledge I have limited time (I have just given birth) so short answers can be managed but long complicated responses take a lot of time to write and are just not possible with limited time.

Hover your mouse over your name at top right hand corner of the screen. Then a pop up menu will pop (of course that's what pop up menu, do. To pop), and there's a "signature" sub menu.
