My name is Jenny. I need to lose a lot of weight and joined the forum to give and receive support. I am new to forums so might need some guidance. Any advice about how to get involved? :)
 
Hey Jenny...welcome! I would recommend checking out some of the diaries and that will give you a great idea..then keeping a diary here on your food and exercise is the best way... so thats what i would recommend. I look forward to your posts!
 
Welcome Jenny!! Glad to have ya! SO tell us more about yourself, what kind of weight loss are you looking at? What type of diet are you on?? ect.
 
i want to know how old you are, where your from, how many kids you got, are you married, and your social security number. ;)

Thank you for your warm welcomes. I haven't really started a diet yet. I keep telling myself I will start tomorrow. I recently relocated to South Florida from Ohio with my two kids and am under a lot of stress. When I am stressed, I eat. I know how to eat good, I just have been choosing not to. That's the major reason I joined this forum. I need some mental support and motivation. I want to go through this journey of losing 60 pounds with others, so we can help each other reach our goals and make some good friends along the way.
 
well then we need to figure something else for you to do to replace eating when your stressed. :::scratches head::: i dont know because i am one of those weird ones thats not an emotional eater. if im upset or worried i run anywhere but to the fridge lol so i just dont understand that whole deal. but how about knitting or something or crochet? i hear those can be very relaxing. or maybe a yoga class?
 
I think I will try knitting or something with my hands. Thanks wonderwoman.
