Hello everybody, so I just joined here in hopes for a supportive community that can help me achieve my weight loss goal. I've always been fat and I vividly remember being the only fat child in my family. As a girl, I was bullied and taunted which led me to a loop of emotional eating. I don't care for other people's opinion of me now but I care about my health and I really want to improve my life standard. I have epilepsy and I take medication to control it (just thought it would be useful to include). The medication is Levetiracetam and I take two pills per day. So without further ado, I'll get into the stats.
Age: 14
Sex: Female
Weight: 95kg
Height: 1.65m
Bodyfat in %: Not sure how to calculate that but if somebody can help me with that, I'll try to add it
Current diet: I do eat a lot of fruit and veggies but when I feel down I eat a lot of junk which makes me feel even more down which becomes a loop and I have to snap out of it and force myself back into a healthy lifestyle. Trying to cut back on carbs, sugars and processed food but I always seem to fail miserably.
Current Exercise: I do kickboxing twice a week, and occasionally I swim and ice-skate. I also walk home from school which is around a 30 minute walk.

Hi and welcome I'm sure you'll find good advice here

hi scarlet
Start small make little changes that become habits when it comes to nutrition. Cut any sugary foods and foods with added sugars. Keep up with the exercise swimming is great and when you are having a bad day don’t beat yourself up over it just remind yourself of your goals and why your doing it. You will get there it takes time to lose weight and get the body you want and so don’t give up just keep moving.
