Hello...Another newcomer

Hi! This, I guess, is my introduction thread! I am a 30 year old mother of 3. I am looking for some support and encouragement. I am 5'5" and weigh about 158lbs. My gw is 120lbs. I have not seen that since I was 18 years old!!! I was not exactly living a healthy lifestyle back then either. I got pregnant at 19 and was 120lbs. By the time I gave birth I weighed 210lbs. Since then the lowest weight I have achieved is 142. I cannot seem to loose anymore. My problem is eating...sweets. I just don't seem to have the will power. I NEED HELP!! I think maybe if I can log in here everyday and talk to others who struggle maybe we may be able to encourage each other. I just don't seem to have the mind frame to be strong. Am I making sense or do I sound like a complete fool? What a way to introduce myself huh? :)

Welcome to the forum! There are lots of clubs and challenges you can join on here. I would also suggest starting a diary. It helps you and us. You can use it to keep track of your calories and exercise and it is a place for us to get to know you and offer support. Good luck! :D

P.S. When I first joined, my username was going to be Mommyof3 but I never activated it. ;)
 
Quick Question!!

I have tried every diet pill under the sun, it seems. Currently I am trying Hydroxycut Hardcore. It doesn't seem to be doing anything except for make me sorta naucious (sp?)...Does anyone know anything that would help with the curving my appetite? Any and all help would be appreciated....
