So firstly, hey all! Name is Steven, I am 28, been working quite hard on getting in shape for years now. Down 50 pounds via calorie counting and working out (I do cardio 5-6 days a week 30-65 minutes per day at a BPM of 130-155.)

I am about 210 pounds now @ 5'10", though I am told I look more slim since I do have some muscle and a more wide build.

I am looking to drop about 20 pounds more, but for the last several months I have dropped 0 pounds. Literally nothing. I went down a few then right back up. My current caloric intake/output should look like 2000 calories per day in and around 2,800 out. I try to keep to good calories (veggies, meats, fruits) but admit to having a weakness for some sweets (though I do accurately tally their caloric values via scale.)

I have looked at BMR which is supposedly about 2000 calories per day and based on my activity levels means I should be burning about 3100 calories a day... yet my weight isn't moving.

What should I be looking at? Please let me know if this info is insufficient or what more would help :)

Edit: I work from home, so much of my time when not exercising is sedentary. I also use a fitbit which may or may not have useful information on it :)

It's probable that I am not drinking enough water (maybe 40oz a day,) but I find it hard to imagine that THAT would be the cause of a stall out since that's been my average for quite a while, and I did already lose 50 pounds. As far as the 2,000 calories, I was originally on a 2,200 calorie diet and after the first 30 pounds I dropped 100 calories a day, after the next 15 or so I dropped another hundred and till now that has been doing quite well for me.

Thanks for the response, Ginger :)
