Hello all

Hey :)

Im Michael (21 years, 5 foot 10, 10.5 stone) and have joined the forum to tone up. Unfortunately im not the most easily commited person in the world but hopefully with your advice I can achieve what I would like.

Mainly I just want to tone up to feel more confident about myself. A 6 pack would be nice and I believe I read on the forum that cardio exercise is the best for this. I'm split between buying an exercise bike and a running machine (or step machine) can anyone give me some advice about this?

I'll take it easy at first, learn to do things correctly (stretches etc). Im sure its all been covered on the forum before so i'll get searching now. If i have any questions i'll start a new thread and hopefully I can start working out soon.
