I weigh 83kg's and want to get down to 65kg's (Sorry don't know the pounds!).:rolleyes:

For the last four weeks I have been working out five days a week including cardio and strength. Measurements have changed but not weight.:(

Looking forward to meeting a few interesting folks on here!

Any support would be great!

hey and welcome. no worries about the kilos I looked it up and they are much lower than the pound numbers. think I'm going to be the first American to start using kilos constantly lol.
 
hey welcome! and don't worry about the weight not changing. If you're doing strenght training, remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so you'll lose inches first before you start losing the weight. Welcome again!
