Hi all,
I am stay at home Mom of 3. 2 boys and a girl. I turned 40 last Dec. :eek: I have been overweight most of my life except for brief periods here and there. This is the highest ever though :( . After reading as much as could here and other places I decided the best way to go for me is watching calories and exercising. I’ve started watching them on the 28th and I am down 4 lbs. I’ll begin exercising Monday.
I’ve been reading this forum for a while now. It’s been really informative and I really like how supportive you all are toward each other. I hope I can be a positive member of the group and I look forward to sharing with all of you.

Raises hand // a newbie here too, I will be turning 30 next year and it seems if your trying to loose a little or allot of weight, it's a real BIOTCH. DIET is a 4 letter word. Hugs to you and if you ever need a pep talk I will be more than happy to give you one and share with you what works and what didn't for me. :eek:
