Hello all from a newbie

Hello folks from a newbie,

Allow me to introduce myself. I am 35, 5'10 high and currently weigh 94.3 kgs. I have been consistent with my weight (around 80kg) and since last 6 years gaining weight gradually. Possibly main change getting married in 2008.

I have just started my game to get back in shape. Since 1st Nov. I am on treadmill for about 30 minutes every day. I have completely cut down on fast food, soft drinks, chocolates and candy.

My objective is to come down to about 80 kgs and maintain a toned body. Is this a good objective for my age/height?

What course of action could be a better approach for me to achieve my goals?
