Hello everyone!! This is the first site that I have ever joined a forum so therefore I am new at all this and am looking forward to it all. I currently have tried to eat healthy and regularly but am finding it quite difficult with work commitments and a six month old baby in the house (my nephew as I live with my sister.) My job is also unsociable hours so I always feel tired even if I do fit in six hours of sleep, which is usually fine for me. I was also diagnosed with pcos eight years ago so I know this is also a challenge for me. My weight normally didn't bother me as I just got on with it or so I thought. Reality I brushed it under the carpet. I need to lose weight so that I can be accepted for IVF egg sharing. I simply need to keep motivated.
