Hey folks,

My name is Tamara. I am 31 years old. It's been 8 years since I was on here last, and I'm still overweight. I guess I'm an oldbie, lol. I've been struggling for years (obviously). I lost 80lbs using this forum for support in 2009. I can do this again! And keep it off. I have no other choice, my Doctor says I am prediabetic.

That's not true, I tried again briefly in 2014 too.
