Hellllllllllllppp

ALRIGHT!!!!!! i'm 5'10 i weight 162...four weeks ago i weighed in at 171...my arms are great ...my back is good great...my pecs are good enough for me...great strong calfs....its just that stupid 6 pack i know i have to lose weight and body fat which i believe i've been doin by losing a good 9 pounds and i dont want to get to light....idk if i should get around 155 or just even increase my cardio even tho i'm doing 30 minutes 5 times a week and great diet....i dont wanna get to light wats a good weight and should it take more time since i dont have much fat to lose
