Hey, names mike. i`m roughly 6"1 and i weigh, 70kg and i`m from malta. I always have been interested in muscle building, however most of the tiem i forget, lately i have gotten into it and train everyday, give or take a day or two.
I joined this forum for some help as the book i have, something bout matt roberts, obviously cant answer my questions. so well here i am hehe.
Since i`m doing important exams in the coming months, i`m stuck to the equipment i have at home which is a bicycle ( not those that acctualy move and have wheels) and 2 dumbells with various weights, about 6 1kg weights and 4 0.5kg weights, then i just mix and match.
