Heel Spurs

I think I have one. Just about every day when I wake up my right heel is very sore. It takes a few steps, sometimes minutes, before I can walk normally. The pain is in my heel, near the bottom of my foot. From what I have read the pain for heel spurs should be near the arch, and that's not where it is. Does this still sound like a heel spur to you??

Sorry, can't help you with this one really, except to say that maybe you should consider visiting a physio and getting a diagnosis so you actually no whats wrong.
Hope it improves soon for you though!
