Hi guys,
I practice cycling and hiking. I do 20-30 min cardio 3-5 times a week. Beside that training, I like to do long distance (3 to 6 hours) hiking/cycling 1-2 times a week. I don't have any endurance problem during the exercise. However, I feel extremely tired and slightly depressed the next day. And this problem doesn't seem to disappear with repeated long distance training. I eat snacks and drink water and sport drinks during the exercise and I eat a full meal after. I'm 28yo and healthy. Is it normal to have this kind of fatigue the day after a prolonged exercise ? What can I do to recover faster ?
