Hey, I’m 14 and 130 pounds I’m 5’5. I recently started working out, on the stair stepper machine I own my heart rate for up to 210. My resting rate is 78 I thought it was a mistake but I checked it with 2 machines, my Apple Watch and my thumb and a timer. I know it’s not a mistake. Is this healthy?
