Hearing pops in shoulder

When I do any heavy weight where my shoulder has to stretch behind me, mostly benching exercises and skullcrushers. Im fine on military presses. I hear pops coming from my shoulder. There is no pain so far, I'd say this has been going on for about two weeks now. Should I get it checked out. Or is this some type of phase that will pass?

You should get checked. It's really easy to screw up your joints. Maybe you will just need to make slight changes in your exercise form.
