Healthy weightloss

Hi there. I am a 14 year old girl that is currently recovering from an eating disorder. I am 5' 3" and I weigh about 123 pounds. I have a terrible fear of being fat, so I want to lose some weight without scaring my friends and family. I honestly don't know much about losing weight the healthy way, so any advice I can get would be great.

Deary, you're not fat. In fact the healthy weight for a girl your height and age is 137-145 lbs. Don't psyche yourself out. But, if you must "diet" yourself, you could bulk up and go for the protein diet.
 
You need a protein rich diet that will help in your growth. Of course you can maintain 50% protein, 35% carbohydrates and 15% fat in your diet plan. Take plenty of organic fruits and vegetables that give energy, at the same time do not add calories.
