Sport Healthy Weight Gain - Easy Recipes

Can you post some easy recipes that are healthy and high in calories? Right now I'm just working with what I have. I'm 17 so don't go crazy and give me these protein shake or vitamin stuff. I need recipes that would be easy to make and include common foods.

So right now I'm working with what I have.

2 tablespoons of peanut butter + 1 sliced banana + 2 slices of toasted bread. I eat 5 of these everyday. Is this a good idea? Will this help weight gain much?

Any help would be appreciated.
 
High Calorie Foods

on your list its ok. just continue, coz for what i know they help boosting calories. For addition make a high calorie smoothie with NESTLÉ CARNATION Instant Nonfat Dry Milk , bananas, orange juice, ice cream and some water .
It also help adding cheese to more foods and other "extras". like sour cream on baked potatoes, gravy on meats, butter on vegetables, mayonnaise on sandwiches, cream cheese on fruits
