Sport healthy snacks, comments? suggestions?

im currently trying to shed a bit of extra body fat and am working out a the gym (cardovascular and lifting) and am trying to keep to a healthy 'clean' diet, and also trying to eat 5/6 small meals a day. Im slightly unsure however if what im eating falls into the 'clean' category...

'total 0% yoghurt' (see link)

various raw vegetables, tomatoes, celery, carrots etc and hummus

vegetable soup

fish and steamed vegetables to name a few.
will these types of foods help me to reach my goals?
by the way, i dont eat a lot of meat but am looking into buying a protein shake to boost my protein intake.

you definately need a lot more protein. You should be eating a small meal about every 2-3 hours. find your caloric maintenence level and eat about 20% below that. make sure each meal has a source of protein in it. You should get about 1g of protein per pound of your body weight.
