Sport Healthy Pancake Recipes?? Do they exist?

are there any healthy home made pancake recipes? i've been having aunt jemima's whole wheat blend pancakes, but i'm sure it can't be that great for you, so that is why i figured i would ask around and see if anyone makes any healthy home made pancakes if they exist....LOL!

I mixed oats, an egg, milk and a some wholemeal flour plus some whey protein and it makes a sort of pancake. Its dense and a bit thick but nice with peanut butter and honey.
 
Mmmmmmmm, pancakes. That's what I had for breakfast. Home make your own, add a banana into the mix and put walnuts on top of the maple syrup.
 
I use the whole wheat mix as well. But I use flax oil instead of olive. I also use:

1 scoop vanilla protein
cinamon
1/2 cup or so of oat bran
 
search this site for my protein waffle recipe. it makes for decent pancake batter too.

We love pancakes in our house also...

It's not the pancake itself that can be naughty, it's whatever you decide to put on top of it. With this in mind we tend to go for fruit and honey type combo's it makes it much more filling and satisfying.

As far as making them is concerned I don't measure I judge by mixture I usually make them with a couple of eggs, vanilla extract, milk and a mixture of self-raising and plain flour's and let them sit for a while (the longer the better) and always make sure that the pan you pour them into is hot.
 
Not sure about pancakes, but I do have a GREAT french toast recipe that I got from Hungry Girl. Let me know if you'll be interested in that :)
