Hey there, so i am 16years of age and still live with my parents so i do not have to much of a choice of what i eat, however i have some control over it. My questions are
* What are some good breakfast choices?
* What are some good snacks that you can buy that are already packaged (Granola bars etc)
* What are some good choices of foods to put in my lunch for school (I usually walk outside for lunch so cant really carry a salad) what are some healthy choices of lunch meats for sandwhich's, and stuff to put on them.
* Should i drink water all the time or is it good to say, drink some milk at certain times.
