A healthy lifestyle involves many choices. Among them, choosing a balanced diet or eating plan. So how do you choose a healthy eating plan. Just eat healthy food and regular exercise will helps you to keep fit.

Either way- actually lots of bodybuilders who constantly cut and bulk usually don't eat exactly "healthy". Many of them are missing out on there vitamins and minerals.

Example- Apples are healthy but some bodybuilders will opt not to eat them because of there sugar and carb content. Especially when they are cutting.

Green Tea is decent before a workout because it has some caffiene in it which can be used for energy.

Its also healthy to stay hydrated before you workout. Dehydration can cause a 10% decrease in performance.

That Acai Berry is unneccessary- Just having a nice -500 deficit in your calories filled with protein and healthy fats will do the trick.
