This results in a meal that has 634 Calories, 79 g protein (50% of calories), 10 g fat (14% of calories), 3 g saturated fat, and 58g carbs (36% of calories) and all carbs are complex.
1 cup prepared rice (I like the boil in bag)
1 cup cooked frozen shrimp (no tails and deveined)
1 cup of frozen scallops
1/4 cup light red kidney beans
1 Bistro Sensations Habanero Chicken Sausage
Defrost shrimp and scallops and cook scallops in large frying pan with smart balance non stick cooking spray and cook. Add beans and shrimp. Cut up chicken sausage and add to pan and stir fry, adding a couple more sprays of smart balance. Then stir in rice and add old bay, scampi seasoning, garlic salt, crushed red pepper, and texas pete.
This is one of my all time favorites. Add a tilapia filet and it really kicks up the protein. Healthy and spicy. Gotta love it.
