Healthy Food ?

Can someone please name some healthy foods and snacks to eat to help tighten up my skin, it looks like i have lots of loose skin. You can see it, it's under my stomach i always hide it in my jeans, lol...

And i go on holiday on june the 1st 2011 so i want this to be as tight as possible thanks alot..

weight 12 stone 0 pounds
height 5'5

Still got a bit of weight to lose yet but im thinking the rest is all loose skin..
 
There isn't any food that you can eat to make your skin tighter.

The only 'tips' I can think of to help with loose skin are to keep yourself hydrated, and use some sort of moisturiser, none of that 'skin tightening' nonsense, it doesn't work. Just something that gives your skin the nourishment it needs. I found that baby lotions are typically chock-full of moisturisers and stuff like that.

Other than that, what loose skin needs most is time. Depending on your age and a lot of other factors, the skin will tighten up again, but it simply needs time. How much time depends on a lot of factors, but usually, after somebody loses a lot of weight and wants surgery to remove loose skin, doctors recommend to wait at least 2 years to give the skin enough time to do the job itself.
