Hi all
I thought I would introduce this thread - so everyone can contibute what healthy food choices we can have after completing refeed.
I have discovered a cane sugar free jam called "St.Dalfour" 100% Spreadable Fruit. I have tried the strawberry,Cranberry with blueberry and the orange & ginger jam.......yumo, I actually have a teaspoon with my yogi in the morning or mixed into my porridge. The Cranberry jam contains NO fat or saturated fats or protein. I haven't checked the labels on the other jars yet.
The other product I have discovered is Chai masala tea normal and green chai the product name is Nazir'syou can find it at Woolworth's in the tea/coffee aisle. This tea is so refresing and contains no sugar or fat like most teas excepts the spices make it so aromatic.
I also discovered a new yoghurt which has 4% less sugar in it, it is amazing how this amount reduces the sweetness. Unfortuantely I have thrown the container out but will post again when i go shopping.
Please share with us any products you have found that are healthy choices for us all.
Thanks
Sam
