yes there is and I eat 15 of them prior to each workout!

RAW ALMONDS! Are a great healthy fat! I enjoy the taste and they are great for you.... Dont over do it!

avocado.. love em. I have to watch myself though cause I can go through a whole one by myself in like 30 seconds.
 
I like eating oily fish, different types of nuts and seeds. Helps keep me full for ages. I also like to make my own dressings from different oils.
 
My fats typically come from nuts, fish, fish oil pills (think everyone should be supplementing with these), flax, and natural peanut butter. They're my staples.

Oh yea, and olive oil.
 
hey hawgdaddy,
i actually bought myself some raw almonds on monday and started eating them since then. i have 12 a day (of course in addition to meals), 6 before workout and 6 after. what i've noticed is that when i have them on an empty stomach i start to get mild discomfort sort of like a stomach ache, but when i eat them together with other food then i don't get this feeling. i just wanted to know if it's just me or if you had this when you first started eating them? or anyone else out there?
