Weight-Loss Healthy Eating have to be a full meal?

Hi guys, something I have noticed about myself is that I cannot put a whole meal together to save my life. That is when I am trying to actually eat healthy.

For example, I may eat two eggs and a piece of toast for breakfast. Have an apple at lunch, if I workout some tuna after that and then for dinner some chicken and some broccoli.

All those things as far as I know are good for you, but I always eat them separate and never like a "real meal" I want to call it. It's as if I am snacking on these things, I eat the broccoli or some vegetables just by themselves.

I was wondering if I am getting the benefit of "eating right" out of this or do I need to take more time and make more of "complete" meal? I dont know if I am making any sense. I just feel like I can eat right but I cant at the same time if that makes sense.

a complete meal - where you're getting protein, carbs and fat help to keep you more full longer.. that satiated feeling is what will keep your eating in check for the day...

Given the choice -I would rather snack all day long than have a couple of full meals... but even my snacks mix protein, complex carbs and fat...
