I've just discovered cauliflour rice, and it is beautiful. I am not a fan of regular cauliflour (don't like the taste) but I would recommend the rice to anybody as a healthy, low calorie alternative to rice.
There is only 48cal in a 200g packet (which is a lot of rice after it's been heated!) and it has low fat, saturates, sugars and salt.
The texture is incredible, it doesn't taste much different to regular rice, but it is much lighter and fluffier - and it was really cheap! Just wanted to share my discovery, even though many of you have probably already tried it!
Are there any healthy alternatives for food that you have found, which you enjoy just as much, if not more so?
