As we all know, there are many approaches to tackling this problem and it's a huge problem and getting worse. What seems to separate all the systems is whether the approach is a good, healthy sustainable lifestyle that you can maintain ongoing without throwing your body into strange states putting stress on your kidneys and liver or relying on artificial food at exorbitant ongoing cost to achieve your goal.

My wife and I have lost a combined 90 lbs in 5 1/2 months doing 30 minutes of HIIT exercise daily and following a sensible, 100% whole food diet that is flexible and healthy. Really it is like going back to the basics of the 4 food groups in the right proportions and eliminating processed garbage that is wreaking havoc with your insulin and blood sugar levels. If you are serious about getting into the best shape and health of your life, reach out to me and I'd love to share our success with you!

Sincerely,

Chris (fyrstrm)
