Health program for a female athelete

what should a female athlete eat and what should be her exercise and workout plan in order to be the best among other athletes!! share your views.
 
Definitely the focus should be on weight training first and foremost. When trying to recomp, it's essential to maintain or build muscle . Cardio has it's place, but to much emphasis is placed on it. I lost 45 lbs. of body fat while doing zero cardio. I ate 3000 calories of low carb healthy fats and protein and hit the weights hard 5 days a week.
