Im at the end of the loading phase with celltech creatine. Ive noticed that I am much more sensitive to headaches especially when lifting weights. Has this ever happened to anyone else before?
I feel that i drink plenty of water, and i havnt really changed anything else that could've triggered my headaches.
actually i just swithced protien shake brands to isopure with 50gs per serving also, would that have anything to do with it? i would appreciate any input
