I don't support any of the 'lose weight fast" miracles that seem to come out every other week.
The Wild West used to have snake oil salesmen,
Today we have TV infomercials which are a high tech version of the same thing.
Somebody is always trying to sell a "quick, easy way to lose weight" which promises results with no changes to a person's lifestyle.

The same thing works today that worked 50 years ago.
Lean Protein Diet & Complex carbs 4-6 times per day
Minimize or eliminate simple refined sugars or other 'empty" carbs
Some kind of muscle stimulating resistance training
Some form of cardio at least 3 times per week
THAT does it 99.9% of the time if followed
No secrets, just sound science and consistency.
Most people with 25+ pounds of fat to lose, usually lose 2-3 lbs per week on average.
Beware the scams and sales pitches.
