I've been on and off with creatine.. for the past month or so I've been taking 15 grams on some days, 10 grams on another, some days with none at all.. the fact of the matter is, i cant do a loading phase. I work 7 hours 5 days a week, and i cant take creatine at work (you try taking a little baggie with white powder in it to your job ) (no drinks allowed either).. is there any other way i can get the nice effect of creatine without the loading stage?
i use straight monohydrate powder.. i was told that taking it an hour before and an hour after your workout is fine.. but im not sure, some people say i should go by the label and take the loading phase
