Having trouble with creatine

I've been on and off with creatine.. for the past month or so I've been taking 15 grams on some days, 10 grams on another, some days with none at all.. the fact of the matter is, i cant do a loading phase. I work 7 hours 5 days a week, and i cant take creatine at work (you try taking a little baggie with white powder in it to your job :rolleyes: ) (no drinks allowed either).. is there any other way i can get the nice effect of creatine without the loading stage?

i use straight monohydrate powder.. i was told that taking it an hour before and an hour after your workout is fine.. but im not sure, some people say i should go by the label and take the loading phase
 
Try switching to Kre-Alkalyn, the buffered form of creatine monohydrate. You can get it in pill form, and no loading necessary.
 
The loading phase is nothing more than a rip off by the supplement companies. The body can only store so much CPr (creatine-phosphate) in the body. 3-5 grams is all you need on a daily basis. I generaly take 2 grams before workout and 2 grams post-workout.

I've become fond of the Nucare creatine power tabs that you chew up.
 
Yeah dude, there is no such thing as a loading phase. It is just to sell more product. I have experienced this myself, as well as had this question answered at a supplement workshop by a professional.
 
after roughly 4-5 weeks, you're at the same point whether you load or dont load. with loading you saturate the muscles quicker but it all evens out in the end.
