Having trouble losing the remaining fat, help!

Hi, name's Ivan, and I'm a sort of a skinnyfat couch potato trying to look a little better and hopefully get more active by doing so.

I used to be an obese individual, weighing about 105 kilograms. Through rather extreme dieting (ate 800 - 1500 calories daily, with an average of 1000 - 1200) packed with intense cardio every day, I've managed to shed 32 kilos over the course of a little less than 4 months. Now I'm down to 72.

By doing so I've lost the meager muscle mass I've had, especially in my arms and shoulders, for which i suspect intense cardio packed with the overly high deficit to be to blame for - and seeing that, and how I was pretty content with the amount of fat I've seemingly lost otherwise, I've decided it was high time to stop. Getting back to eating normally was a a slow process, but it went well, until..

As I regained the water weight or whatever it was that resulted from me eating more (though not more than i should have been eating, i am sure of this) i became dissatisfied with myself again. My entire torso looks disfigured, disproportional, and pretty ugly.

I lost the weight by the beginning of 2013, and have been trying to shed the remaining five or so kilos ever since mid 2013, admittedly through dieting alone but with dieting through a healthier deficit. Firstly by eating 1600 kcal a day for two months, with unavoidable 2500 calorie binges on saturday and sunday (arguably the amount I should be eating?), but it really seemed to do nothing long term.

I stopped because again I was satisfied with how I looked without what I suspect to be water weight - until that was nullified when I started to eat properly, and again I've grown insecure of how I look. Later I tried getting back to old methods several times but could not retain the willpower to do it for more than 2 weeks for various reasons.

Apologies for unsightly garments, the pictures were taken at odd hours, as well as not being able to hotlink (forums giving me trouble) I recommend enlarging the pictures otherwise.

The important bits:

I know whatever I was doing wasn't the wisest thing to do, and because I'm suspecting further dieting at all is unwise for many reasons and its why I'm here asking you for advice.

I'm up for anything, really, just as long as I'd be sure if it would work and is within reason. I have no money for the gym, as much as I'd prefer that, but I have a room of my own for exercise and the great outdoors for running. (Got Charles Bronson's solitary workout book as a guide, don't have the time to question the credibility of it, but it seems promising) I am however afraid that further dieting or cardio alone would further ruin my looks and health both, but it is all I know.

Above all I'd like somebody who knows more than myself tell me what it is that they see on my chest; do I simply lose fat in an unlucky way, or could it be the result of how fast and unhealthy I've lost the weight? have I hit a roadblock of sorts? (if so, how to get past it), do I have any skin sagging or is it the lack of muscle mass that's causing how I look? A body fat estimate would also be appreciated.

In a nutshell - Any advice on how to shed the remaining weight or at least "repair" the problematic areas through exercise or a specific diet would be very appreciated. Thanks!
