I am having some issues with the treadmill. The first issue is that I just gave birth 3 months ago and since then have been have extreme pelvic pain, so I am scheduled to have a pelvic ultrasound in a week per my obgyn. I notice that every time I am on the treadmill I have more pain in that area, but I was told that the bike is only for those people that are old, or disabled. Is this true? the bike that I am referring to is a bike that you sit in almost like a car seat. I should be able to still burn calories right? I just need the pelvic support.
