Having a tough time

Ok all, I'm new here so I will try to make this as short as possible! I am 22 yrs old, 5'11, 150-155 lbs (varies). I have hated my body since I was a highschooler and have struggled with eating and gastrointestinal issues. Recently, I have moved to Texas (originally being from North Dakota). Before I moved I weighed about 153. After I started working in the very hot Texas summers I am now around 158. I work at a very, very busy veterinary clinic we travel for weeks at a time. During these times I hardly had a chance to eat until supper and had been drinking lots more water. I work very actively with the horses also (lots of lifting, restraining, etc) I thought when I got back from being on the road I would weigh much less, but surprisingly I weighed more?? Is this water weight? Muscle gain? My jeans are a bit tighter, and will admit I'm fairly stressed. I've become a complete freak about my weight over the years and so any gains make me feel miserable. I try to eat as clean as possible, though still find myself very bloated and have a very distended abdomen. Can I get some advice for my never-ending (seems like it) issues?! Any help is very, very appreciated. Thank you!!

I would suggest finding a way to manage your stress and work on planning and packing healthy meals and snacks. You may want to seek professional advice for your dietary issues. Let us know what you find out. :)
