Having a lil trouble, i need some help

Alright so currently im 162 pounds and 5'5. Ever since September 4 ive lost 26 pounds and im feeling more confident then ever.

Yet im hitting a road block in my cardiovascular exercise, im not sweating hard enough and i know that for me to sweat hard enough i have to probably go faster but i cant run for more then 15 minutes at 6.5 mph.

So im wondering should i just run at 6.0 mph for 20 minutes straight without no breaks. Wat i usually did was run at 6.5 mph for 5 minutes and go back down to 4.0 mph for 5 minutes, and kept going at that pace.

BUt today i tried that but im not sweating like i want to. Is it time for me to do long distance running to sweat more? If any of you guys out their have a workout for me, feel free to send me it.

sweating doesnt mean you are working harder..you sweat in a sauna..
sweating is your bodies way of cooling down so it can vary with temreture etc.
check out the HIIT site for some harder workouts.

there's a couple of things that i go by to see check how hard i'm working when i run - one is the aching in my muscles (lactic acid build up) and the other is how fast and hard i'm breating. Sweating can vary depending on how efficient your moving, the temperature of the day, wind speed, how much you've had to drink and alsorts.
Take a look at your stride length. it's more efficient to run quicker with a longer stride (this will involve working on your flexibility) so you'll be able to run quicker for longer once you're body's addapted to the new length. Also, interval training can help and doing sprints will help with running technique and stride length. I was told by a proffessional runner that first you have to increase the distance you can run, and then you can increase the speed at wich you run it. try running slowly for longer distances; it could be that your body needs to get more efficient at burning fat (which kicks in 20-30 mins during exercise).

162 lbs - that's over 11 stone isn't it? for your height i'd say that you're probably burning an awful lot of extra energy moving the excess weight. it'll all no doubt improve once your weight has dropped. if you're running to lose weight, have a rest after your run and then have another session (if you feel week or light headed, remember to take in some carbs as you wont burn the fat so efficiently without them) or go cycling after; it'll hit different muscle groups and fibres.

Sweat is use to be one kind of physical or metal energy from hard work, probably sweat appears on you is phenomenon of burning energy, other way temperature can be effect your body pressure.:) I usually walk, ever in winter my temperature becomes high and wet with sweat, but some time I don't, the distance would just equal. My uncle is marraton runner, he can go more than 26 miles, i really don't see any sweat phenomena...;)

WEll i am currently 162 pounds and i notice how much weight i have lost. I guess its just that sometimes im afraid to push my self cause i dont know what will happen.

I can run at 6.0 mph for 20 straight minutes and maybe 25 minutes if i really push myself. I can run 6.5 mph for 15 straight minutes, i dont know what i should go with.Interval training is much more comfortable but i feel bad that while im taking a break between the running i can be burning more fat if i was running.
