How do you lose weight? I hope it's not by starving yourself. Could you lay out your diet and training routines so we can check?

I dont think its your "body" that goes crazy, the body does what the mind tells it.

Thanks for showing concern, but I don't starve myself. I try to eat six
meals a day.
Mon-morning run, abs
Tues-morning jog, biceps, triceps
Wed-morning run, back
Thur-morning job, shoulder, chest
Fri-morning run, legs and calfs.

But I think I eat cause I'm bored. June just isn't my month. But I
think
168 is still a good heealthy weight I guess. I'm still going to try to
get back to my original 158 then I'll bulk for a month.

Your first problem is your exercising just to lose weight... Instead you need to get into the mind set that you need to exercise to keep your body healthy...
