have you ever gained weight and added fat, just to see if you can lose it again? like a game or something? cause i think i'm going to do it. here's my deal.
ok, so i'm 16, i'm a water polo player and a swimmer. i'm usually pretty well built, and i'm pretty buff and have little fat.
but it's the off season, and i couldn't decide on a winter exercise program, so i haven't been exercising and i've been eating a lot of crap. just today i kinda looked in the mirror and said, wow, i'm kinda getting fat. if i flex i can still see my six pack a little, but i'm definitely getting fatter.
and i thought to myself, this could be a fun experiment thing! so for maybe a week for or something, i think i will eat crap and more crap, and try to add fat.
then i'm going to go to the gym, and try to lose it all again. you know? like, work towards a goal or something? add fat and then lose it all.
maybe i'm going crazy or something, but what do you guys think?
