Hi I just joined here today. good forum. I'm 30 yrs. old , mom of two, right now weigh abt. 200 lbs. Have to loose at least 20 lbs. by the end of september , going for sisters wedding. Big goal is to loose 50 lbs. Plans are eat right and exercise 3 days a week . Any suggestions, neideas, a buddy to do that with me will be a good start.
Hi and welcome! if your looking at loosing 20lbs by sept. maybe join our 20lbs club. it FREE! lol and we support each others weight loss(or gain lol as in my case. i find it really helps to have a common goal with the others)
maybe start a diary so we can check in with you and see how your doing as far as diet and exercise goes. have fun reading the posts and post what ever questions you might have one of us will gladly come a long and try to answer them

smiley is beating me to all the replies ... guess the only thing i can say now is, welcome. Both goals are possible, but definately 20 is a more of a normal goal. Exercising 3xWeek is a good start, but to go for 50, you will need to go probably 5 times and add in some weight training. The body for life is a 12 week program that might suit you well ... depends a bit when the wedding is in Sept, tho
