Don't waste your money. Most supplements out there are unnecessary...many don't actually work, and the ones that do still aren't any kind of magic pill.
all you really NEED is a good multivitamin, and some form of essential fatty acids (flaxseed oil) if you're not getting enough EFA's in your diet.
if you can't eat enough whole protein, get a nice whey blend powder to help you out.
and PLAIN creatine monohydrate is handy for maximizing your exercise potential (it helps you use stored muscle energy)...and is the ONLY creatine they've proven that works.
in general I've found most of muscletech's stuff is loaded with un-needed sugars and fats, and is way more costly than other quality proteins/supplements.
