Has anyone here heard of the Calorie Diamond?

I'm sorry if this is considered , but I was talking to someone who told me she was on the system, and she said that it's been working for her. I can't seem to find any information on the system, (except from web site, but that might be a little biased... ) So I decided to come here and ask the experts.

Is anyone here on it? What's it about? Does it work?

what's the definition of working?

Anything wil work short term - I could suggest the all milkyway diet -you'll lose weight for sure.. but is it something you could stick with for the rest of your life? Nope..

Read around the forum - start learning - fad diets and packaged diets and diets that you have to pay for aren't the long term answer... common sense is...
