Can't say I know much about that particular company.
But then again, a multivitamin is more of an insurance policy that you're getting what you need.
If you weren't deficient, you wouldn't notice anything by taking a daily multi, or switching brands.

Just pick a brand that has all the essentials and is reputatable and go for it.
If you go over what you need in vitamins, your urine will tell you.....LOL. It gets bright yellow. So, dont over do the vitamins......just get what you need.

chillen:the thing is the company aint that reputable aorund my part of the world,its a new brand but it claims to be made in USA.
and after using this multivit my hunger pangs were all time high.can u think of a reason why??
