how about wash your house floor from down to up, all windows, the shower stall, bathroom, or wash more than 2 cars a day, and repeat it day after day?
a 180-pound person will burn about five calories for every minute spent cleaning.
is it a good way to lose weight?
 
Any physical activity can contribute to weight loss, but I wouldn't recommend counting that as your daily exercise.

The reason being that your body will become accustomed to activities that you complete every day and it's difficult to increase intensity/duration for every day tasks such as washing a car.
